Writing likes: I love stories where things happen, where characters come out of the story changed in some way, even if it's a subtle change. I especially love the interactions between characters, dialogue, snark, personality clashes, confessions, romance. I love stories that don't provide oversimplified resolutions to complex situations, where things aren't necessarily all neatly wrapped up at the end - it's okay if everything's not happily ever after, as long as there's some hope for the future. I like fic that challenges traditional gender roles and expectations. I love humour, as highbrow or lowbrow as you like, depending on what suits the story. I love the idea of characters being less experienced than they seem - it might be assumed that vampires have a lot of sex, but do they really? Has Alucard ever had a partner before? Or did Dracula have much experience before Lisa came to his door? Hector and Isaac as the only humans amid a bunch of vampires also intrigue me - their relationships with each other as well as with the vampires around them. I like Trevor's and Sypha's sassiness, the banter between them and Alucard is great. I like that Trevor seems like a washed up drunk at first, but is surprisingly competent. For the Carmilla/Hector prompt only, I would also be fine with noncon.
